We use Person Centred Software’s (PCS)<\/a> electronic care system to record & plan your care. Using hand-held devices, carers easily capture the care they deliver as they go whilst being prompted about your preferences. This means no tedious paperwork for them and you get your care the way you like it. <\/span><\/p>\n

For example, if your preference is to have your cup of tea with two sugars, you can be safe in the knowledge that whether it’s a new member of staff or someone who has known you for years, you’ll always get your cup of tea in just the right way. Better still, the system also has a diary function so if you have a dentist appointment next Tuesday or you want to watch Masterchef every night of the week, the system will alert the carers in good time to make sure the necessary arrangements are made.<\/span><\/p>\n

As our care records are in ‘real-time,’ when your GP or other health professionals come to see you, they’re able to use up-to-date information to best help you. They also record directly into the system meaning any medical advice can be acted upon immediately, keeping you safe and well looked after. <\/span><\/p>\n

This ‘live information’ also means our Home and Corporate Management Teams have complete oversight over the care you receive and can review it anywhere and anytime, no matter where they are in the world. This means should your preferences or needs change, someone at a senior level is always making sure that this is acted upon quickly and effectively.<\/span><\/p>\n

And, lastly, from later this year and with your permission, , your loved ones can also log-in to the system and see what care you’ve received in real-time, giving them peace of mind that you’re receiving excellent care.<\/span><\/p>\n
